Your privacy is important to DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING PUERTO RICO INC. (hereinafter "DAIKIN PR" and/or "we"). DAIKIN PR WEBSITE operates through WooCommerce, which provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our services to you. DAIKIN PR uses the information we collect about you or that you provide to us on DAIKIN PR WEBSITE, including any

a. To our subsidiaries and affiliates, which assist us with any of the processing referred to in section 5 of this policy.

To contractors, service providers, and other third parties that we use to support our business and who are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information we collect and use it only for the purposes for which we provide it, primarily related to the products and services offered on DAIKIN PR WEBSITE.

c. To our suppliers to make checks on local and international lists of those sanctioned under money laundering and terrorist financing regulations.
